Osasuna-Racing, the northern derby

Good afternoon dear Osasunists! First of all I'm going to apologize for my absence last weekend, but holidays ansd the luck took me to Bavarian lands, Munich. I was lucky few months ago and I won a flight to the city of Bayern Munchen in a radio quiz competition and we finally enjoyed ourselves in the land of the sausages and the beer.
There I found out the victory of Osasuna against Malaga. They finally got their aim too: a victory away. It took 398 days, a coach- Camacho, leave us alone, please!- and many disappointing weekends. There is a nice remind above!
Today Osasuna plays against one of their "black beast" at the Reyno de Navarra: Racing, which is also one of their direct rivals to avoid promotion at the end of the season. But the match seems to be a tough difficult target to obtain the three points against one of the best teams in this last two months. Anyway, it is also a good opportunity for Osasuna to beat other records after the victory in Malaga: the second consecutive victory in a row and to defeat a "black beast" in our history.

Santander is one point ahead from us and it would be great if Osasuna beat them and shorten the gap between both teams. It will be difficult to pay back our visit to El Sardinero and score more than four goals! It would be awesome!!!Remember that Reyno de Navarra stadium is a strong fortress for Osasuna and only the powerful Barça got a victory in the old Sadar.

However, there are many absences in the "Rojillos" team. Apart from the scorer in La Rosaleda, Aranda, Pandiani, Snjurjo and Oier are injured. But, there are also good news for Mendilibar, besides the victory in Malaga, that is the back of Nacho Monreal to the kickoff team.

I hope that the kickoff team of Mendilibar will also include Flaño, Massoud and Leika who give me more confidence than their possible substitutes: Josetxo, Soriano or Sola. All in all, the possible kickoff team might be: Ricardo; Nelson, Lolo, Flaño and Monreal; Puñal, Nekounam, Cejudo, Massoud, Camuñas; and Lekic as the only forward in our team.

Finally, I would like to comment about the referee: Carlos Clos Gómez. We know that most of the matches Osasuna played this season with this person as the judge of the match, there were defeats and many problems for our team. Let's hope things will be different this afternoon!
Gora Osasuna!Aupa Rojillos!
