Sporting-Osasuna, a game in the blizzard

Good morning, dear Osasunists! We are living a snowy weekend and we are playing a Sunday morning again! All in all it is the most typical time for an English football match. And that is the reason I like watching games like this one: Sporting-Osasuna, two traditional teams in the Spanish Liga that were a long time in Second Division. Both teams are living a bad "CUESTA DE ENERO" ( hard times after festivities of Christmas ). Osasuna ended the first round of La Liga as one of the surprises apart from the good season of Levante F.C. But, Osasuna have lsot four games and got only two draws in January and they have lsot the feeling that they could do good play in this season. On the other hand, Sporting fans aren't happier than Osasuna's. You must only have a look to the photo on the left and see that their supporters are angrier and upset with their team. Manuel Preciado, tehir coach for six seasons has been dismised this week and as it is usual there are many stories about the life of their players outside the pitch in the papers, so the fans start whistling their players and they withdraw their support to the team! Now,Iñaki Tejada is their new coach. You know there is an unwritten law that new coach, won match! The coliseum in Gijon was full of paintings to encourage the new coach to win the match with a direct rival and an outraged rival. Iñaki is concerned with the defense and he wants to play with the lines nearer one each other. Unfortunately, what I am more concern about is the difficulty for a Osasuna supporter to go with the team away! I know that Madrid was almost forbidden, but I see that Asturias is also a ban land. First, it was Oviedo as we were blamed of their relegation and also their disapperarance, but now it is Sporting, a supporter group I admired for their honestity and fairness! But the insults against Osasuna and their supporters make me feel upset and worried! I hope no one who decided to enjoy a visit in Gijon and their hobby won't have any problem and come back to Pamplona as happy as a baby with a present! Osasuna will look for a victory 26 years later, when they won 1-2, with the goals scored by the well-known Javier Castañeda and Enrique Martín. Gora Osasuna! Aupa Rojillos!
