Osasuna-Deportivo, a cold match

Good evening, my dear supporters! Here we are again, but this is my last article for a football game in the week this season, and in spite of the fact that the situation of Osasuna in the League is dangerous, I feel as the weather this week in Pamplona: cold.

I should be emotional, as I said we are about to say goodbye to football soon, and there is only a final game at the Reyno de Navarra stadium, against Xerez, this season. That will be next 15-16 May, depending on T.V. matters. But I still feel cold.

Osasuna is playing against Deportivo de La Coruña, whose coach is the loved and missed Lotina, former Osasuna coach, and that isn't a reason of emotion either. Even Lotina himself is a bit absent since his team is the worst team in the League after Christmas and if Osasuna win the match, we'll be safe and only two points away from the team from La Coruña, a team which was in Champions positions by December.

But all those reasons make me feel more unemotional and even I had the possibility to go to the stadium and I decided to stay in and watch on the tv instead. I am more excited with other teams now, and I prefer to use my radio and tv, do zapping and watch football and goals.

Osasuna is not promoting emotion among supporters and this week we had news about elections. Well, I should say the no-elected chairmain, the re-elected Izco. Personally, I don't have anything against Izco, but I don't have anything in favour either. I don't think they were right in many decisions, and I mean, the coach choice, the players they contracted in these five years, ...the only good news is the budget, as Osasuna is in black ( opposite to be in reds, it means no money ).

The problem is that they have to be very conscious of the lack of interest in the supporters and if Osasuna ends in a safe position this evening, as they win Deportivo, the "new" chairman and his staff must start working on a new project for next year to motivate not only the supporters but the players too.

Anyway, good luck Osasuna! Gora Osasuna! Aupa Rojillos!
