LOUVRE MUSEUM.
The Louvre museum is a national museum. It is in Paris, the capital city of France and It is one of the largest museums in the world and It is a historic monument.
The museum opened on 10 August 1793 with 537 painntings. It was closed for structural problems in 1796 until 1801.
People was given free access on three days per week, but nowdays people have to pay 12.00 euros, but if you have the Paris Pass card you can enter for free.
You can visit the museum Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday form 9:00 a.m. to 17:45 p.m.
Wednesday and Fridy form 9:00 a.m. to 21:45 p.m. Museum is closed Tuesdays, 1st Jannuary and 25th December.
The Louvre museum has 5,500 paintings like the Gioconda by Leonardo Da Vinci and Infanta Maria Margareta by Velázquez and It has sculptures too like Venus the Milo by Alexandros of Antiochi.
