Levante-Osasuna, now or never!!!

Good afternoon, dear Osasunists! Now or never...that's my title for this article as today we are playing against a direct rival in our "liga": Levante F.C., and Osasuna plays away: will they finally obtain a victory away from el Reyno?

Levante won their last two games in Los Juegos del Mediterraneo stadium and José Luis Mendilíbar debuted as the new Osasuna coach with an excellent and comfortable victory against Espanyol F.C. in Reyno de Navarra stadium. So, both team are strong in their stadiums, but...what will it happen this afternoon?

In spite of the defeat against Mou's team, Levante F.C. are playing their best football this season, even they won the revelation team in their stadium: Villareal F.C. They usually play well in their wings, whose habitual inhabitants are well-known ex-Osasuna players: Valdo and Juanlu. And even there are some injured players in Levante, they are quite a strong team home.

It's time for Osasuna to show that the good image in their stadium could be similar away, and perhaps Mendilibar may bring that confidence and emotion players didn't get from their last "boss". We don't need to score as many goals as last Sunday, but at least one more than Levante, as the result and goalaverage with Levante, for future figures, is 0-0 in the first leg of the Liga.

Osasuna is still the only team in First Division that have not won away. That means more than a year without a victory in a "foreign" stadium. Besides, Osasuna only added two points in their games as visitor. And finally, Osasuna have not won two consecutive matches this season!

It's now or never,as I said! This afternoon must be the beginning of consecutive victories or positive games, because the next five matches are direct rivals in "our league", that one to avoid relegation at the end of the season: Levante, Depor, Malaga, Racing and Hercules are waiting for us!

There are good players to trust on, as we saw last Sunday in the Reyno and though there injured players like Aranda, or the young Ruper and Snajurjo, Mendilibar can use Flaño, Coro or Cejudo- however, the new coach may give confidence to those men who won Espanyol!

Posible kickoff teams:

Levante: Munúa; Venta, Nano or Juanfran, Ballesteros, Del Horno; Valdo, Iborra, Xavi Torres, Juanlu; Xisco Muñoz and Caicedo.

Osasuna: Ricardo; Nelson, Lolo, Josetxo, Monreal; Puñal, Nekounam; Masoud, Camuñas, Calleja; and Pandiani.

Referee: Paradas Romero.

Stadium: Ciudad de Valencia.

Kickoff time: 17:00.

GORA OSASUNA!AUPA ROJILLOS!
