                                                      MEDUSA

Medusa was a beautiful woman and the priestess of the Atenea temple. But when she was raped for Poseidon, the angry goddess converted her hair in snakes. Medusa has converted, everybody who look her eyes, in stone statues since then.

So now these is de story of Medusa´s dead:

After Atenea transformed Medusa in a monster, the goddess learned that the

treacherous was pregnant, so Atenea decided to kill her. She sent Perseo, and

although he was powerful, it was a complicated job. He had the help of Atenea, Hermes and Hades, because they gave winged sandals, helmet of invisibility, a sword and a shield with a mirror. This hero was looking The Gayas, to ask they where is The Gorgonas cave and when he was there, he fulfilled his job. When Medusa tried to convert Perseus in a statue, he avoided the attack and cut the monter´s head. Pegasus and Crisaor, the giant, were born from the blood. After this Atenea used the head to protect herself in all the wars.

This is only one of the lots of stories about the bizarre creature. Many people fell victim of Medusa and assessinated powerful warriors. The Greek citizens say that sometimes they hear the howl creature.

        THE CREATION OF THE WORLD

First there was Chaos, the inmmesurable Abyss, and then two children were born from it (Night and Erebus). Love was born from Darkness and Death. Love created Light and Day. 

The first creatures that appeared were Mother Earth and Father Heaven (Ouranus).The world was populated by huge monters, such as Cyclopes and creatures with fifty heads. Finally The Titans appeared.

One of them, Cronus, wounded his father Ouranus, and The Furies and Gigants were born from the blood.

Cronus dominated the universe with his sisiter Rhea. But one day Cronus had learned that his son would dethrone him, so he tried to kill his son.

However he failed, because a few minutes before, when Cronus was aproximating, Rhea changed his baby for a stone and  Cronus ate it. An eagle took the baby and left it safe, in an island at the back at the back of his father, Cronus. This baby called Zeus and it was powerful.

Time passed and the child became a man. He wanted revenge, so the war between The Gods and Titans began. Zeus conquered The Titans with the help of one of them, Prometheus. Zeus sent his conquered enemies to Tartarus and cleared the world of monters.

The World was finally cleared for the Age of Man.

Later, the first creatures with life were Mother Earth(Gaia) and Father Heaven (Ouranus) , but the world wasn`t inhabited because there were monsters, Cyclopes and finally were the Titans.

Cronus, one of these Titans, ruled the world. He wounded his father, Ouranus. From that blood the furies and giants were born but Mother Earth told Cronos that one of his children would dethrone him, so Cronos decided  to eat their children.

Rhea, his sister, became his wife. She decided to replace one of her sons (Zeus)  for a stone, and then she gave it to Cronos. She hid her son in the mountains. So Cronus arrived very angrily and blinded by his fury, he ate the stone.

The child grew up and he became a God of Thunder. Then  the war between  the Gods and Titans began. Zeus defeated the Titans with the help of Prometheus who hated Cronus. Zeus finally conquered the Titans  and cleared the world of monsters for the Age of Man.

Cronus had learned that one of his children would dethrone him. Sofia, the mother, changes the baby with a rock to trick him, because Cronus wants to kill the baby, and an eagle takes him to hide him.
The child gets older in a cave. But. when he grows up, the war between the Gods and Titans began. Zeus with the help of Prometheus conquered the Titans.

Zeus sent the Titans to Tartarus and cleared the world of monsters. The World was finally cleared for the age of Man.

THE CREATION OF THE WORLD

Rhea had a son with a Titan called Cronos. Cronos ate all his children as he was afraid that his sons dethrone him.
But Rhea ordered an Eagle to hide one of her children, Zeus, far from there.

When Cronos arrived Rhea cheated him and gave him a stone wrapped with a blanket and he ate it thinking it was Zeus.

Gea took care of Zeus and grew up in the island, when he became older, he decided to go for all the Titans who hated Cronos.

Zeus with the help of his brother Poseidon was caught and sent to Tartarus to Cronos.

At the begining of the histoy one child was born to create the world. Love created Light and Day, created the two first creatures with the appareance of life that were Mother Earth and Father Heaven. The World was inhabited by cyclopes, sea monsters, giant monsters and titans.

Dad´s love were angry because his yunger son had a power, and he was terrified because his son had the posibility to fight with them and win, the titan when to the place that love was and decided to eat them.

Love decided match with her to survive and he provoked a war in the world. Love finally won the war and humans continued to survive and titans were extinct.

When Cronus wounded his father Ouranos, he ruled the Universe with his sister-queen Rhea. But Cronous heard that one of his children would dethrone him in the future. So Cronus decided to imprison his children in his stomach.

But Rhea wanted to save a child. so she told an eagle to take the baby to an island. When Zeus grew up he decided to help his brothers and to lock the Titans forever with the help of one of them. There was war between the Gods and the Titans and Prometeus helped Zeus.

Zeus won the war and he sent his enemies to Tartarus and there weren´t any Titans in the world.
